Beqa Lagoon - Fiji
Description:
Dive Fiji's famous Beqa Lagoon, with the protected Shark Reef Marine Reserve established in 2004. With 8 different shark species as regular visitors, including reef sharks, Tawny Nurse, Bull and Tiger Sharks, the Shark Dive is so good we are doing it twice!
Known as the 'Soft Coral Capital of the World' Beqa Lagoon offers some great reef dives with Turtles, Lionfish, Ribbon Eels and a wide range of pelagics including schools of Barracuda and Trevally. They also have several wrecks to explore so there are dives available to suit everyone.
Beqa Lagoon Resort also offers a wide range of tours and activities for our surface intervals.
Our divers had a fantastic trip in September 2025 with plenty of shark action at the Cathedral & Apex dive sites, including 3 Tiger Sharks on a single dive. With extra boat dives, a night dive and diving on the home roof they logged 20 dives.
Non divers enjoyed snorkeling, paddle boarding and all of the fabulous activities that the resort put on for them.
We will be heading back in 2027 so please let us know if you are keen.
