Gizo - Solomon Islands

Description:

Dive Gizo will take us to different dive sites each day with a relaxed surface interval and picnic lunch on one of Gizo’s remote islands in between dives. The waters around Gizo are protected and generally calm with great visibility and 28 degrees. A dive on the WWII wreck, Tao Maru - Japanese transport ship, sitting between 7 – 37 metres is a highlight. There are also several plane wrecks from WWII to explore in the area. Grand Central Station, located at the north western tip of the Gizo Islands has strong currents bringing in the fish life, both big and small.
