Rakiura - Stewart Island

Description:

Spend a full day (cage) diving with Great White Sharks with the team from Shark Experience in Bluff. We will then head across to Oban for 3 nights with a boat tour of Paterson Inlet with bush walks, whaling stations, sea lions and a snorkel for the brave. A visit to the bird sanctuary of Ulva Island is also a must. With opportunities to explore Oban, join the quiz night before leaving on Monday to return Oban.

Trip Cost - $1195 + Travel

A non-refundable deposit of $200 will secure your spot.

1 night shared accommodation in Invercargill
3 nights twin share accommodation in Rakiura
1 day of cage diving with the great whites
1 day boat tour of Paterson Inlet

Thursday - Travel to Invercargill & meet at our accomodation
Friday - Travel to Bluff & Shark Experience Trip, stay in Oban
Saturday - Boat Tour of Paterson Inlet
Sunday - Day trip to Ulva Island bird sanctuary
Monday - Relax, explore Oban and head home.

What to Bring:

Certification Card or Logbook
Sun protection and a beanie
Wind Proof Jacket
Own Snorkeling Gear if you wish to snorkel in Rakiura
Personal clothing, camera, toiletries etc

Invercargill - Shared accommodation at Tuatara Lodge
Oban - Shared accommodation at Stewart Island Backpackers

Meals:
